Model functions
qtl() function
qtl(f,r)
calculates an expected marker state from flanking
marker information
at position r of the
linkage group f.
r should be given in Morgans.
The position r may be specified with the
internal $TP
n internal value which is set in a QTL analysis when
PREDICT ChrA !only ChrA !TURN
n detects a turning point in the profile.
n is a single character and
values of n between 10 and 26 must be specified using the
corresponding letter J-Z.
grr() function
grr(f,r)
fits covariable r from the
.grr file
as a covariate in the model.
